EVODOMUS -
Architecture focused, energy-efficient luxury homes

Refreshing, clean-lined, generous and open contemporary designs with a healthy dose of excitement, depth and warmth. evoDOMUS homes draw inspiration from the school of Modernism, and are ideals of elegance, coherence and harmony. Our designs integrate natural light, intelligent use of expanded space and volume, and program flexibility with a view to future usage, in a modern-built environment.

Since 2014 evoDOMUS has built many homes, mainly in the northeastern US, but also designed homes overseas, in Colombia and the Philippines.

Our effectiveness comes from a tightly integrated process, where architects, engineers, craftspeople, and local contractors collaborate closely, all driven by a rigorous commitment to sustainability and quality

Sustainable Home Building

evoDOMUS takes a holistic approach to sustainability by minimizing energy demand through super‑insulated, airtight envelopes, passive solar design, and high‑performance components before layering on renewables. Homes are custom‑designed and prefabricated off‑site to reduce waste, protect materials, and ensure quality, then equipped with triple‑glazed German windows, low‑VOC finishes, efficient heat/energy recovery ventilation, and heat pumps, with options for net‑zero performance and Energy Star certification.

We create sustainable homes that minimize energy use, maximize comfort, and respect natural resources
