Do you build small homes (< 2,000 sft)?
We can, but considering the cost of shipping, crane and associated costs small homes are rather inefficient to build in our system
I can’t find any model homes, why is that?
That’s because all our homes are unique and custom designed
Why is there price difference between certain areas?
While the actual production costs of our modules only vary with client selections, the local contractor costs can be significantly higher, especially in high-price areas such as the Colorado mountains, Island locations, the Hamptons and so on. Another factor is shipping distance and the cost associated with it.
